Stop Skipping Meals

Do you sometime fast most of the day, then eat just one big meal? That is a recipe for fatigue and maybe even heart attack!

Your body needs to be refueled throughout the day. East just one meal, and you'll be consuming 50 g if fat at one sitting - easy to do at one big meal - your arteries lose flexibility for the next 4 hours, a period of time described as a "heart attack danger zone." So be sure to eat three meals a day or a series of mini-meals on a regular basis.
